Hello everyone, recently I have been getting a lot of requests for microcurrent machine . I have organic spa so I am very selective about products they come with and so far can not find any with organic products. Would really appreciate feedback on that. Also, several clients ask me to incorporate membership. I am an esthetician and have 2 part-time massage therapists. Would love to hear about what's working for you

Hello Karen,
I spoke with Ray and he says he guarantees that machine will pay for itself within 3 months or he will write me a check with the difference. What was your experience?
Hello Lorettann, Ill investigate this machine as well. Thank you so much for your help!
Erina, I use the Mansard Bio Visage Microcurrent Machine. Love IT! The products are all botanical and virtually so safe that you can eat them---not tasty however.

Hello Amy, thank you so much for your response! Does LED come with microcurrent or did you buy it separately? Which brand do you use for the machines and skin care?
Hi Erina
No Problem! Ray Baker is the one to speak with and you can tell him I sent you but not important. I don't get any type of kickback or anything, I just really like the machine. He is the owner and creator of the machine and is really helpful. Good Luck! :)
Hello Karen! I so appreciate the time you took to write such a detailed response! its very helpful to me. I have been in business but my schedule is filling up really well so now I an think about adding microcurrent. I don't anticipate having a problem selling 10 treatments for $1200 since my clients have no problem bying a series of 6 crystal free microderm treatments for $625. Thank you so much for pointers about Botox, I am absolutely against it and don't have too many Botox clients since my spa is organic and attracts curtain kind of clientele. I will be calling them Monday to check the price . Would you like me to mention your name?
Thank you so much again!
I bought a cheapy microcurrent that takes 1 aaa battery on amazon to try it. LOVE IT!!! LOVE the results!!! I use an aloe based get that is in my treatment line and layer underneath the treatment serums. Wonderful stuff.
It goes well with organic spa (I am too) because you get real results without all those harsh chemicals. Also, I recommend LED!!! HIGHLY!!!
I use the Beautiful Image Micro Current Machine and yes I'm very happy with it. The training is just ok, nothing that spectacular, but the machine is very powerful and my clients notice immediate results. After I purchased the machine, the company sent a trainer to my salon for the day for a one on one training. She was very helpful and got me started, but I recommend getting as much training as possible and watching lots of videos.
The only downside with micro-current is that it's not a once a month treatment and clients need to commit to a series of at least 10 treatments+ to see results. It's best to come in twice a week and once a month for maintenance, so this can be hard for most that work, have kids ect. Also If you live in a area where women are big on botox and fillers, Micro-current will not produce the dramatic results like filler and botox, and for a series of 10 at $1200, many prefer to just do botox and fillers. For me, I'm allergic to botox and wouldn't touch that stuff if you paid me, so for those that prefer a more natural approach, Micro-Current works wonderful. For the botox/filler clients, I found it best to use in conjunction with other modalities instead of selling it as a stand alone treatment. You can work on their neck and anywhere they don't have botox or fillers.
A few things that Fillers or botox don't change is the texture of the skin, slim and tone the neck and jowls, increase ATP and improve lymphatic, so these are good selling points. For my chronic botox & filler users who refuse to give it up, I tell them to use it as an in-between treatment to help keep the muscles around the eyes & nasolabial folds from atrophying, as its been reported that excessive use of neurotoxins overtime can cause the face to lose desired fullness and the eyes to droop.
If I have a client that has botox or fillers, I avoid these areas, as I find it makes the product dissolve quicker and once the botox wears off, it makes the wrinkles look worse as though the micro current didn't work. When I first starting doing Microcurrent I had a client that was a regular botox user and decided to try a series of micro-current treatments. I took before and after pictures but noticed her forehead and eyes hardly moved so I asked her if she used botox and she said she had in the past but swore she didn't have any botox left in her face and it had completely worn off. Not thinking much of it, I proceeded with the 10 treatments and by the time I took the after picture, the areas where she got botox (frown line and crow feet) actually looked worse afterwards. I was stumped,"how could this be possible"? I realized later that she still had active botox in these areas and that by the time I finished the 10 sessions, which was a little of a month later, all the product had worn off, and her true wrinkles were exposed.:( I realized at this point that it's pointless to use microcurrent on clients with botox or fillers. Her skin still looked great, neck lifted and texture smoother, but the wrinkles that weren't there before we started, had now appeared since ALL of the botox has finally worn off. Now I make clients squint and frown in their before pictures just to make sure they aren't lying. If nothing moves, I tell them they still have active product and that I won't work those areas.
No point in using microcurrent that stimulates facial muscles on a face who muscles are frozen from botox. Sorry for the long rant but I just thought I would share my experience since you are considering offering microcurrent... let me know if you have any other questions. :)
Hello Karen,
Thank you so much for your feedback. Which microcurrent machine are you using? Are you happy with the results?
