I know in the past this has been posted but no one comments on it. I've been and Esthetician for over 3 years now and I've worked at spa's and used the crystal machines but never the Diamond my concerns are the negtive reviews about crystals and I've notice alot of companys are switching over to organic grains, baking power or walnuts. Being that said I've reserched and those machines are not cheap yikes. I do have the derma files and ultra spatula hand held but was thinking of buying a micro machine currently i'm using my friends crystal micro so I don't know if I should buy it from her or buy a Diamond, Any help would be appreciated . I just sold my Radiancy FSD so i'm looking for a new toy.

Skin for Life has in my opinion excellent equipment. Made in the USA and sister company makes medical devices that I have been familiar with as an EMT. Great company and company service. They are made in FL. and often run really great deals. Full training on all equipment.
I noticed that you use the dermafiles and ultra spatula. How much more effective is the micro machine than the dermafiles? Is it just a time-saver, or do you think you get a better result with a machine? Are the dermafiles popular with clients? Do you think your business will increase significantly if you purchase a micro machine? The problem with any treatment, including the corundum crystals microdermabrasion, is that once they get a 'bad name' on the internet it's an uphill battle to try and sell the treatments to the general public.
Margo I sent an friend request-I can send you an email about DiamondTome. In my opinion it's not the same as all diamond units. It is the first holds the patent and a quality unit. The studies typically out there are based on this unit. There are other so called diamond units but that doesn't make them a "DiamondTome". Just let me know if you want more info.
Hi Margo.. We sell a number of microderms and one of the new ones is the DermaRadiance. It is a unit that has two applications, one being the Flower Grains.. a new and excellent new approach, and the crystal free wand. It is a great combination of two different ways to exfoliate and stimulate the skin. I notice that cost is an issue and since this a relatively new system there are no used ones. you can check our web, healingzone.net for pricing info. Organic grains, the walnuts, give a nice polish to the skin.
Also, there is much being written on the web about corundum crystal and a lot is misinformation. If you check the OSHA site they will give you specific information. The crystals are actually inert... meaning they have no activity and have properties like dust. Wearing a mask.. which is essential anyway for germs and bacteria, will keep you from inhaling the dust particles when doing may micro treatments a day.
