It can be time consuming when spending a moment to assess the needs of your client. A good procedure to begin with is have the client fill out a consultation form- this can be done on the first visit and review or revise it on each visit there after. Your clients will see you in a more professional light. This will also help with the services provided on the last visit. Be sure to take time in accessing the skin, ie. forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, eyelids, lips, ears, neck and chest- for regular routine as well as serious issues that may need referral- and always have an accredited Dermatologist to recommend them to (if needed).

I think you meant to say "assess" not access.
