Sandy you have the perfect combination your an RN and esty try working part time , with a dermatologist as an RN for your bread and butter ,and still work as owner with your business, until you feel your business can sustain it self, let the rn job go.i currently am doing thisandit working for me, im a freelance esty and work on my days off my spa. hope this helps Sasha
