I need some help again. :) The salon I am working at has decided to help promote the new Esthetician that just started with a sign out front announcing a Vitamin C facial (don't even get me started on this...I have worked my butt off for 9 months trying to build my business and they have NEVER put a sign out front for me). I don't have my menu set up like that. I customize my facials to each client and their needs. I have found that most people don't know what they want or need. Anyway, in case my clients ask about that facial I want to be able to offer one. I mainly use Skin Scripts so I was thinking that using the Lemon Zest Enzyme would be good or even the Pumpkin Orange Enzyme. I also have some Vitamin C serums I can use from other lines. What do you guys think? Have any of offered a Vitamin C facial from Skin Script? I just want to be prepared in case this comes up b/c I know they would LOVE it if I would have to turn down a client.
Thanks again!!

Is she using a different skin care line then you?
Have you ever asked them for help? I know I am diverting from your question on products to use, but I am just curious....
Just curious, what is the other product line? Maybe people will know both lines and can help you better to create a vitamin C facial of your own.
OK never heard of that one. Sorry. But your ideas of the enzymes above sound like good substitutions. Maybe you can run some kind of special with the Pumpkin one, people love those this time of year. good luck.
Thanks! I do have a couple of October specials going with SS products. One with pumpkin and one with cranberry. I just wanted to have the Vitamin C one available as well in case it came up.
Image has a whole Vitamin C line that would be perfect for you. They have cleanser, hydrating enzyme, serum and moisturizer. I beleive the have a vitamin c peel.
I was hoping to do something with what I already have in stock. I just can't buy more stuff! My bank account can't handle it. :( That's why I was hoping the SS enzymes would work.
ooohh sorry!! Then yes your idea sounds great! Maybe you could add some citrus essential oils to your massage lotion or something too for added effect.
- Cleanse w/ Green Tea Citrus Cleanser (high in Vit C - grapefruit & Lemon peel oil)
- Enzyme exfol... use either Lemon Zest enzyme ( has lemon zest and L-ascorbic acid) or Pumpkin/Orange enzyme - both high in Vit C. remove
- Layer Vit C/Green tea serum and Hydrating serum
- apply either Seaweed masque or Goji berry masque (goji is high in vit c). remove
- finish with another application of Vit c serum if desired and Acai Berry Moisturizer (high in vits B,C and A), and spf
When doing the neck/shoulder or arm/hand massage use a small amount of orange essential oil with cream.
There ya go!
