Yes, Associated Skin Care Professionals does cover eyelash perming for our members, and as pointed out below, the product used must be FDA approved, you would need to provide proof of training, and most importantly, you must be allowed to provide this service within your scope of practice for your state. Hi, I was looking for eyelash Perming and not one it's FDA approved,and no one providing a training, its only DVD comes with a kid .
Please can you recommend any FDA approved eyelash Perming !!!!!
