Hi, my name is Jennifer. I just read some of your comments about skin script, I just started looking into the line. some of you commented back in spring 2012. Im curious to know how the products are working for you at this time. Im currently looking for a really good glycolic cleanser for my retail, so what do you think of the one skin script offers? also want to know what you think of the ponegranite cleanser. One thing that everyone seems to agree on is the enzyme peels/masques?

I do like the glycolic cleanser and may order that for my own personal use.
Do you all really like the moisturizers? Am I the only one who finds them hard to apply?
I use the light aloe moisturizer for daytime and if I am feeling more dry I boost it with ageless serum underneath. At night, I will use the ageless and it's a little thick but if I use a little less than normal it's better.
Hi Jennifer
The cleansers are great as well as the other products. The 17% Glycolic Wash is a gel-like wash that gets a bit foamy and really leaves the skin clean. It is recommended for use 2-3 times per week. The Pomegranate is creamy doesn't get foamy (like a typical cream cleanser) and has a great scent. It needs to be removed with a washcloth. I have great results with all of Skin Script cleanser and other products. These products are flying off my shelf. I now only carry a small inventory of PCA and primarily retail skin scripts. My clients LOVE this line.
I emailed skin scripts last week, i have not heard back. Bad customer service? any ideas?
I've had no problems with them in the customer service area. I opened my professional account, and received my email to send my license # and state to them, but I proceeded to lose that email. I contacted them on their Facebook page and they got back to me within minutes telling me what I needed. After I sent them my license info, I got another email telling me my pro acct was ready to go and I placed my order, which I then received 3 days later. They are excellent with contact and shipping!
I think I learned my lesson on the glycolic cleanser, I've used it every night for 3 nights in a row and my skin feels wonderfully smooth, but I'm really dried out now! I have to stop myself from being too agressive with my own skin care. I really like this cleanser. I plan to try the green tea/citrus cleanser today, haven't tried that one yet.
Alicia, I often get torn between natural and medical grade products, but I just don't see the results with all natural, and honestly, without any preservatives, I worry about bacteria growing quickly in products. I guess it's just a matter of personal choice for everyone.
I agree Jodi...Organic products do not have a long shelf life at all so when you aren't super busy like me, makes it hard to retail. I love the Nardos Naturals I am using in my back bar now, but I can't exactly pick up retail yet and just have to have clients order online. That's why the SS is nice though because they do use more natural ingredients. I def don't see the results with organic, while they are great for every day use if you have no complaints but I bought their eye cream (i was using SS eye cream) and after a few days of use I looked so dehydrated...now back to SS. I really do like the SS eye cream. I have tried a few: glo eye restore and cytolux eye, glo vitamin c, Image max, Nardos, Real Transformations, and Hydropeptide. While Hydropeptide eye is amazing, it's pricey, so the SS was the next best thing. They don't sample those since it's already a smaller bottle and you can't beat the price point.

This is the owner's email. Definitely not the norm for them so I would try again. They have the best customer service and always get back right away. Even with ordering, when I order in the morning, that order ships that evening. Guess the time difference helps too.
Thanks guys i emailed them again this morning, hopfully they respond this time. ;-)
