What peels are the best and what techniques do you use for dried up stubborn black heads around the t zone area? Thank you

Galvanic Desincrustation will make the extractions very easy, almost effortless to remove. So will an enzyme mask with steam followed by gentle extraction. Chemical Peels are not necessarily what you are looking for in this circumstance. Hope that helps!
