I was wondering if anyone that does spray tanning & uses a tent- have you ever brought it outdoors?? ( warm weather ) not hot enough to melt just between 60-75 so comfortable.

In my building we have a back office with a door that leads to outside cement deck area and then steps lead to ' backyard' it's very private and client would be in robe and walk right into tent or change in tent. These were my thoughts - could it work? Is it worth it? I would guess 5 or 6 months would be all I could do outside for - any thoughts or suggests appreciated! I just want to have something different service wise to add but wouldn't not want to spray in treatment room right now.

Thanks in advance!!

Those that spray tan do you do in separate room or tent inside? What are the best company's as far as the actual spray- color and the way it applies and time frame it lasts? Thanks!!!!

I use VIP premium blends and have turned a few esty's on here to them.  They are an AMAZING company, color is so natural, never orange, fades really nice, doesnt crack or anything just simply fades.

When I first learned my friend and I would spray tan eachother in her back yard and I am in florida!!  It is fine as long as it isn't humid of course, or raining, or cold obviously.  VIP scents their products with many different options so it doesn't smell like nasty spray tan.  I spray in a tent that I pop up in my kitchenette in my treatment room, fits perfectly.  I did 6 girls one night and went in the next morning and there was no smell, maybe just a hint of the green clover lily it is scented iwth but nothing nasty and no complaints from the owner.  I would lvoe to talk spray tanning with you so if you have any other questions feel free to email me.  I have been doing for about 2 years now.

It's not the smell I'm to concerned about ( part of it) there is another room I could put tent but my room is full with table and facial chair- plus all the rest of stuff. Won't fit- the "other room" windows don't open.. I took a " spray class I school that was additional education, was 2-3 days but I don't pay extra for gun or product. I want to get some additional training and do research ASAP we can talk more details! I will contact VIP- I wondered if people would think it was weird but I over that- can move it indoors if need be.

I lived in Tampa for a short period few years ago- miss the water - sun and warm weather for sure
Sheila, I would love any info you would be willing to share regarding spray tanning... I keep toying with the idea but really don't know much about it... I know here where I live, there is only one spray tanning place and their work is not pretty... Lol. It's a tanning salon whose employees do the spraying...and probably not properly trained. I'm not trying to be mean but the streaking and orange blotchy color is not cool...I would love to look into it and eventually offer it myself. (With proper training of course, lol) My email is angelhedrick@yahoo.com
If you have any info to share it would be greatly appreciated..
Thank you!!! :-)

I would love to hear about spray tanning also
