PMD Pro Microderm

I saw that PMD Pro Microderm is available for $99 which is considerably less than a machine. Does anyone know about these and would you use them in your treatment room adding it to your menu?

I would not.  The website says that it uses aluminum oxide crystals embedded in the tips, which is atypical.  If cost is your main concern, I think you would be happier with the dermafiles until you can save up for a pro microderm machine.
