So after years in this business, I am still learning.  People come in with all sorts of bumps, breakouts, irritation.  How do you determine what you are dealing with? Is there a go to resource...besides this forum that you go to, to differentiate between skin abnormalities?

I would continue education on your own and through online and education. Taking advanced classes has helped me . Take pictures- research- look at books- linked in can help.
I agree with Natalie. Do research and take photos of the issues. If you still cant figure it out or are unsure how to proceed recommend the client visit a dermatologist to diagnose what the bumps or lesions are and have your client ask what you can do to help rid her of the issues.
