Esthetic Training Retreat

So...I am working on a two day Esthetic Training Retreat. My husband and I are going to buy a home with many suites in it or a guest house. Our thought is that a small group of Estheticians will spend two days with us digging deep into business, marketing, equipment, treatments, etc. In between learning, we can enjoy the weather and ocean views here in Laguna Niguel, eat fabulous food (we'll have a chef) and be pampered (which is something we never do for ourselves!). I'll bring in guest speakers to each retreat. I already have quite a few experts in mind!!

What do you guys think? Any thoughts and ideas are much appreciated. I want this to be an experience that will be fantastic for your business as well as for your soul!

This sounds awesome. Hope I can afford it. It actually reminds me of the same thing a group of makeup artists did and each person who was able to attend that 10 day session soared afterwards. The energy alone from being around like-minded people will be encouragement in itself. Staying tuned....

This is brilliant! You could offer Healthy SKIN FOOD and quiet places for brainstorming. Sounds like the perfect place to gear up for the next thing (whatever that may be in our professional lives).
