I would contact some of the big name manufacturers.
Altair for The New Apeel/Diamondtome and Clear FX.
I know that they both offer payment plans - not sure about leasing though.
I'm sorry that I don't know of any lease companies for esthetic equipment though
I called Altair Instruments and spoke with a rep who said that they do not offer rentals. I went to the distributor websites- so far there's none that I saw about leasing intruments. The price ranges from $5000-1000.
Honestly, I have used the Diamond Tome and the Parisian Peel in Dr offices that I worked in. I know they are very expensive. I actually purchased a Nova diamond tip on ebay for $260 and I dont really see any difference? Its suction and diamond tips, so why should they cost so much. I have over 11 yrs experience, mostly medical and I am very happy with my Nova. Take a look on Ebay.
Janice - I know, those prices are crazy low! The diamond tips are very cheaply made and can scratch the skin. I have a more expensive unit but if I were just starting out I would probably give one of those a try. I saw this multi-function unit yesterday - ultrasonic, microcurrent, and microdermabrasion...

BUT - doesn't anyone know of a company that rents/leases esthetic equipment???
Yes - I just saw that Dermaglow has a lease option ($500 first month, and $200 a month on a 6month lease). I did not see a lease program with Skin for Life - but they are a good company and you should give them a call.
Dear Kristina,
Microdermabrasion machines are not expencive any more you can get a good one Nova 60 around $100.00-150.00 with free shipping from amazon.com or ebay.com
Good luck
