Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a protocol that they swear by for couperose clients? I have one client in particular I have been trying to help and I just can't seem to get the results I am wanting. I have been working on hydrating, calming, and strengthening and have been going back and forth on purchasing some sort of LED equipment to add in for help. Any ideas/suggestions would be wonderful!

Thanks so much!

Azulene, LED, and/or microphototherapy. Calendula is also very good for calming. I would also try a series of light lactic acid peels. 20% -30%. Neutralize when beginning the series until skin has strengthened. Light therapy regularly is really effective.

I completely agree with Lara's comments.  I have not used LED myself, but am familiar with lasers (1064 yags) and that's where I see the best results to reduce redness.  Skin care will keep keep redness at bay.  I like the Lactic series as the best alternative.

Thank you both! I never thought of Lactic Peels being an option!
