TCA

I recently finished the TCA series on a client. It worked so well. The client wants to do the TCA as her regular monthly service. We usually do the glycolic peel with her facial. Would it be ok to do the TCA for her monthly service if she prefers that one?

I’m so glad you achieved the results you were looking for with the TCA series! Yes, you can perform monthly peels on your client from now on to keep the pigment at bay. Here’s some options:

1)Add a little TCA to an enzyme and apply under steam for 7-10 minutes (will be tingly!), remove, light microderm, then apply 3-4 layers of TCA. This will result in a 7-10 day peel.

2) 2) Perform a normal application with a Lemon or Pomegranate enzyme (which contain the brighteners), remove and apply 1 layer of TCA. Mild to no flaking.

3) 33) Perform a lactic or glycolic peel, neutralize and remove, then apply 1-4 layers of TCA (depending on how much peeling you want. 4-6 days of peeling.
