I bought pre owned their older model several years ago so i never got trained properly.

I have been working in medical spa 8 years and my BT was in my storage.When i lost my job recently I thought to start microcurrent treatment to make money.

I called BT company and requested them to sell me gloves and training video so i can do some ppl i know. The lady was really rude and refused to help me.She said they can't help me because i did not bought from them.They might want me to purchase the new model.It is so ridiculouS.

Being jobless from 4 months and desparateto start working with only machine i do have not getting any help from BT company is so stressful.I am super upset and dont know how to get training or get help?

I do have movement booklet pic but it is not enough to perform a proper treatment without a hands on  proper training.I am hands on believer.

Can anyone advice me what to do?How to get trained?

I beleieve all the Microcurrent machines level of current is same and can give good results if you trained proper and professionaly.

The company is not willing to help me.I need all my professional friends using BT what to do to get trained and get BT gloves??

PLEASE HELP.
