Since these are not esthetician-grade needling rollers,

what anesthesia do you suggest using with these?

These are surgical steel. 

. Some people use the numbing gel for cellulite and face needling. Others feel it is not necessary and claim that the roller is a little irritating or tickles, and then you get used to it, in other words not painful.   So it is trial and error and varies from one person to the next.

Thank you Barbara.  Do you have a specific protocol you suggest for both prepping the skin and for what to put on the skin immediately following the procedure?

Is this allow because anything with needles or whatever in NC is no and including dermaplaning.   We cannot do anything now because what happen to that student back in 2007 and electrologist lobbied so hard. 

The new law is Aesthy cannot operated a Laser unless, a doctor is on site.  Only electrologist can operate a Laser but they have to be trained first.  Lot of red tape in the state of NC including going to Electrology school and only three schools are approved.
