WAW......glad to hear this. I also called the company so many times just to get some basic information, they never answear their main line a single time! never responded to my emails, I left a massage on their voicemail and after 6 days somebody called back from (312) area code, thats how I got more dirrect contact.

I've been certified for quite some time. Although I had a lot of stumbles along the way, I continued to practice on select people I could trust, and they understand, they're with me to help trouble shoot along the way.
I find this product is perfect for vacationers, woman that don't wear much makeup, and others looking for a simple DAILY look, anything more, the client is a candidate for eyelash extensions (in Texas, we like things over the top).
It's also a wonderful answer/add on service for the lower lashes when I do eyelash extensions! After all, who wants "raccoon eyes" when I can rid them away for up to 3 weeks on the lower lashes?
It's too bad there's been poor customer service and response with the company LashDip. If you choose to go to training.... my advise is to do your homework and go have it professionally applied first!
