Hi Everyone!

I would like to know what people are planning for fall facials.  I'm thinking of pumpkin smelling products but are there any other ideas/options?

Thanks!

Mine is the one from Bellaire Industries.  It is the Ultrasonic Skin Spatula, and this unit is $550.  You can get less expensive hand held in both corded and non-corded models.  Sing Hong @ Bellaire is very knowledgeable.  If you talk to him, tell him Nondy from SpaBizBoard recommended you to him.  He can answer your questions and get you the best machine for your budget.  Shelley may also have one of these types of units.

Bellaire's ultrasound units are FDA registered and are manufactured under strict ISO 9001-2000 UL Registered Firm Standard.

Hi Nondy,

I am contemplating this unit along with others and am wondering what makes one unit more effective over another? The prices are all over the board.

Thank-you in advance for any advice:)

Sincerely,

Lisa

I have a cordless one on my website for $199!!

Thank You!  I'll check them both out!  Shelley, which one is on your website?

LOL!

I just saw this from last year...don't know how I missed it.

I'm going to give myself this facial today, and I think offer it for my October facial!

LOVE it!

Hi Rachel! Everyone loves the fall and pumpkin is always a great choice for facials and body treatments. I've been kicking around a few other options and thought cranberries might be a good idea since they contain antioxidants and work as a good exfoliant. Almonds are anti-inflammatory and antiaging, plums are a good source of vitamins A & C as well as potassium and dates also contain vitamin A and folate which helps in the production of new skin cells. Honey is antibacterial and parsley is anti-inflammatory. I hope this helps. There is so much to choose from.
I love your ideas, Lissa!  Thank You so much!
I was planning on doing a pumpkin theme. I just purchased a pumpkin mask. Any good links for pumpkin products?

Kelly,

those "kitchen facial" ideas are nice for people to try out at home, but not a great idea in a professional setting.

Allergy, reaction plus liability issues.

Are you a Licensed Esthetician?

I just got home from San Jose Face & Body show, I was on a mission to find a good Pumpkin Enzyme. I found a great package deal at Rhonda Allison booth. They have a facial called "Pumpkin Refresher Treatment", it came complete with Pumpkin Cleanser, Pumpkin Parfait Enzyme, 20% L-Lactic Acid, Pumpkin Rinse, Pumpkin E Serum, Milk Mask, Antioxidant Complex Serum, and Zinc Protection Cream. It also includes a DVD of the protocol as well as the protocol in hard copy. I'm SO excited and can't wait to start using the products! I'm calling my service "The Pumpkin Pep-Up"  ;)
