Interesting, I hadn't heard of this thing before. From their website it looks like it uses heat to kill bacteria, which sounds like it could be a possibility, but I'm still not sure how that would make the inflammation go away in such a short time as they claim. Maybe try posting in the Acne Specialists group if you don't get any feedback in General Discussion - Laura has a lot of info about the machines she uses, and might have some good ideas about whether this one is likely to work.
I was curious about Zeno Hot Spot, so I bought this at Target to try it out. Basically it's like a metal applicator you press on the pimple and it gets VERY hot feeling like it could burn your skin! It scared me and I returned it right away, I think it's a total scam. There is nothing out there that works better than Benzoyl Perioxide, Vitamin A (Retinol), and Mandelic Acid products for home care.
