Hi Fellow Esty's

For those of you who use schedulicity, what do you do if a client schedules multiple services. Right now you can only schedule one and I suppose I could create a new appt for each service but I'm curious as to what you all are doing to get around this. Thanks!

We added a service selection that has two services that are typically booked together.

OR if I am running a package special with multiple services I add that to the service selection with the appropriate time.

Clients who are used to booking on-line will also write a message if they want something special or different.

But for the most part - the client always seems to figure it out...we have had many appointments for multiple people or services that were booked online. If they cant figure it out they just make a phone call.
