I am needing advice on adding esthetic equipment to my spa.  I have a microderm machine but am looking at other types of equipment. Just wondering what seems to most appealing to clients out there?  I am on a limited budget....just wanting to get some feed back from all.

Also, does anyone know where I can get some diamond tips for my microderm machine?  I do not like the ones I have and do not want to purchase from where I purchased my microderm machine.

One more question....what do you all think about the dermafiles?

Thank you so much!

We used dermafiles a little in school and people really like them...great exfoliation and some prefer it to micro if they don't like the vacuum...I don't know what brand your micro machine is but we used the Diamond Tome machine from Appeal and it was very effective.  The tips just wore out if students left them in the barbicide too long...
About new equipment we just have purchased microcurrent machine for our spa and this treatment has become very popular, probably half of our services is a microcurrent face-lift treatments. Machine is quite expensive but it payed off just in the first month of use.
Did you purchase the BT-Nano or the Bio-Ultimate Platinum machine from Bio-Therapeutics?

hi :) im thinking of getting one, can you please advise which brand is good

Check into  Red LED. It has the backing of a lot of legitimate scientific research(NASA).  It is a great add on treatment to any of your procedures.
I just ordered LED from Dermavista for the treatment of acne, rosacea, wrinkles and pigmentation.  I'm anxious for it to arrive and start using it!

If you're on a limited budget, check out Bio-Therapeutic's website at their cordless microcurrent.  I have that and the moisture tester.  Love them both!  Clients are surprised when I check their moisture before a facial and show them how dehydrated they are...and then are so happy when I take it again at the end to show how hydrated they are!

Did you purchase the BT-Nano?  If so, can you tell me a little about how you market it and if you use it strictly as a facial or also as add-ons?  Thanks so much!
Are you getting good visible results with the bt nano micro current?   Thinking about purchasing it.  Can you tell me how often your clients are coming in or how you are marketing it? Thanks so much!

Hi I'm new here...can you tell me how much those items were.  I had gotten info on all there products but they did not send a price list
