Denise, it's an exfoliating mask(pro and retail) to help treat ingrown hairs.

From what i understand, clients apply a thin layer and then remove after 10 mins.

I will try I have one particular client she keeps getting ingrowns , I have been careful with my technique n wax brand but still she gets them, I've sold her another brand of exfoliator still does not work. What wax co do you use?

We have three products that I use regularly. The most common is Tend Skin which I love but it doesn't work for the deep ingrowns. So my most favorite product is Decleor Post Wax moisturizer with Clove for inhibiting hair growth. I believe this works the best because it facilitates the healing of the follicles post wax. This allows for an unblocked passage of the new hair growth through an undamaged follicle. Plus it inhibits the new hair growth giving the skin more time to heal. If, however, there are continued ingrown issues, I sometimes recommend PCAs Body Therapy which is a lactic acid moisturizer intended for hyperkeratosis Polaris on the arms but I've had success instructing my particularly bad ingrown clients to use it only above the pelvic bone to exfoliate skin and promote accelerated healing. My clients and I have been pleased with the results.
