I offer the male brazilian and call it the guyzilian wax. It is a demanding service with few estheticians offering it. I charge $79 for first time then if they prebook before they leave and keep that appointment in 4weeks then the price is $61. Love waxing...

Lisa,

I will be training for this on the 20th. I do female brazilians, but haven't done male. How are you advertising this?

I offer male Brozilian, I also offer shaft wax (SW), ball wax (bw), crack wax (cw) & a full butt wax. make Brozilian is$65, sw-$20, full butt-$30, BW-$30, CW-$20. I have a good following for all the different services.
I offer this here in NY not many people do, I see it like a regular Brazilian only thing is its a male, you are not in there to look at anything but removing here that's it I find a male client it's so faithful in coming in. So girls get into it n do it!
Oopppps typo....HAIR
How do you advertise male brazilians?
I love Willy's term, Brozilian! It is helpful if one has gay friends. That is always the best place to start.

There are tons of ways to advertise male brazilians.  The gay community and sports clubs are two great places to start.

Crickett,

How would you approach the gay community? The only place I can think of is gay bars, but there must be more.

See if there is a paper of some sort that you could advertise in.  Or groups/events that are target toward the gay community.

I'm hoping that as a 'mature' woman, I will be perceived as non-threatening (read that as 'less embarrassing') and will gain clientele. I just need to get comfortable with all the waxing techniques. Did anybody use volunteers or offer reduced prices on you first several procedures? I feel like I'm experimenting on people!

Just like Willie Acklin, I also offer Boizilian (Brozilian's).  I had worked at an all male salon in NYC. We had a client list of 5000+. I got to work on athletes, actors, dancers & the normal guy who just wanted to be well groomed.  I have since moved upstate New York & still offer this same services at my spa office inside the local gym. (BTW I only do sugaring as a form of waxing and charge $2 a minute 30 min minimum). I get a lot of straight/ married & gay men. Most of my clients major complaint is that most women waxer's/estheticians are not as delicate as they should be when doing the waxing. Some go in with some sort of narrow-mindedness prejudice before starting the service.

Just a side note I'm pleased that I've had the pleasure to wax a few male models before their movie/photo shoots.
