Hey there... it's a great idea....I had the same idea myself using my Vintage 1958 Shasta Trailer...

BUT...what about state board...re: a mobile spa?

I guess it depends on what state you r operating out of???

I have been meaning to research it..but haven't had time!

I'm not quit sure how that would work...I would second not doing Facials as it is soooo much equiptment/product..does your Mobile set up have electricity, running water????

I am practicing on friends while still in school (almost done) and travel to their house. I am also considering going mobile as I've gotten used to doing this. Here's my basic set up - a zero gravity chair (like Lafuma but I bought a cheap one), compressed sponges, sample sizes of products, and a veggie steamer to heat towels. Also, I put my hot towels in a zip lock and keep them next to me in an insulated lunch bag.
I bought a tiny towel warmer from LCL Beauty that holds 12 towels. It looks more professional than my veggie steamer but really wasn't necessary. I've also got a portable 5 in 1 machine that came from LCL. For steam, I have a table top steamer that includes Ozone. I just put my distiller water in bottles. Another thing that works better for me is the peel-off masks because it reduces laundry. To save time, I pack a spa robe (wrap), headband and 9 washcloths in a big zip lock and keep it in a plastic bin with supplies. The dirty laundry, etc., goes right back in there when done & I toss the bag. I use those inexpensive fleece blankets on my chair which are super quick to wash.
Usually I just sit on their couch with the zero gravity chair reclined in my lap, and everything set up on top of my plastic bin. My friends love it, and said they actually find that chair more comfy than my portable massage table.

Kate..... Brilliant! How much time does it take you to set it all up? Also can you get everything in one trip?
