I know you cant use steam with acids, but can you steam the enzyme and then do a acid/peel  after? Or should there be no steam at all during a tx that includes an acid ?

I know we are not doctors to recommend treatments for wound healing. I wanted to see if any one knew a good supplement or vitamin to promote wound healing . After cutting my finger and getting stitches removed its noticeable  that the doctor didn't do a very well job. Seems to take forever healing . Any suggestions ?
