I know you cant use steam with acids, but can you steam the enzyme and then do a acid/peel  after? Or should there be no steam at all during a tx that includes an acid ?

I just purchased a Pure Skin Pumpkin Enzyme Peel and wonder if I can use steam? I doesn't say anything about steam or no steam?

Do all enzyme break down with steam or certain kind? I've been wondering about steam and enzyme.

I just purchased 'Pure Skin' Pumpkin Enzyme Peel and wonder if I should use steam or not?

Hi Cynthia, with most Skin Script enzymes you can use steam. As Yolanda says.... Call Skin Script, they are amazing!

I do believe that the company does support the use of steam with their enzymes.  If in doubt call Skin Script, they're very supportive of us.  Never the less, I would be very careful with the application of an acid peel after afterwards...good luck Cynthia.

There shouldn't be any steam with enzymes. The steam will break down the enzymes, losing it's potency.
