Hello,

I know we are not doctors to recommend treatments for wound healing. I wanted to see if any one knew a good supplement or vitamin to promote wound healing . After cutting my finger and getting stitches removed its noticeable  that the doctor didn't do a very well job. Seems to take forever healing . Any suggestions ?

I use Young Living Essential Oils. Lavender would be a good one. They are 100% pure therapeutic essential oils. Let me know if you have any questions!

I love Sanitas Topical C as a miracle healer and "go to".  Lavender and geranium essential oils are also very healing but be careful as they can be too strong on the skin, best to use a carrier oil as well like grape seed.  Good luck on your healing!

Arnica, Calendula, Manuka honey, Comfrey Root, Aloe Leaf, there's so many. But these stick out the most to me, you can use all of these topically, and you can get supplements as well, except the Manuka honey you would drink. A daily multi-vitamin always helps as well.
