Eyelash tinting is a confusing topic for me.

During my esthetics training, which was at a very reputable Aveda Institute, I was trained on how to perform eyelash tinting. When working in New York at the Aveda flagship, we did not perform this service as there was, it was explained to me, a federal law prohibiting it.
