Lin,
In my experience, extracting blackheads, which can make skin look like a battlefield, is much less effective than using products that address the over-active sebum production which created the blackheads in the first place. Salicylic acid cleansers, toners, and serum will do much to decrease the need for extraction. Mild daily exfoliation is essential, as well as weekly in-office treatments. I formulate a product, Nutrifoliant (see website: Nutrifoliant.com) which is a combination of nutrients, including lots of anti-oxidants, and microdermabrasion crystals. Nutrifoliant is mixed with any facial cleanser at the point of use in palm of hand to make a paste. That paste is then massaged onto the skin gently for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily for a gentle, nutrient-infused microdermabrasion treatment. I will send samples ASAP if you send your address. Email: nutrientskincare@gmail.com
Let me know if you would like samples. I have an Acne Formula which may be appropriate for this client.

Do you have access to glycolic serum and benzol peroxide?
No, I mean a 5% or 10% home care serum. How about bpo?
How about a salicylic serum? Did you say no to bpo as well?
You really don't have anything strong enough to give her for home care. Noninflamed acne (blackheads) takes a REALLY strong regimen to have even a hope of getting it under control. My line would but you have to buy our training DVD in order to know how to use the line correctly. Do you want to know more about that?
Here's the info on the training DVD. Let me know if you have any questions. You an email me at laura@facerealityacneclinic.com or call myself or Patti at 866-477-3077.
