i have been using RA for about 3 years and love it!! my clients love it as well

RA products saved our daughter's skin...........I put myself through the paramedical esthetic program to get my license. I became best friends with another student and she actually recommended RA products to me. She was trying them during school unbeknownst to the teacher who was using another line on us students. So I went to a few training sessions and our daughter had a series of three RA peels. (She had had many peels and laser treatments in the last 6 years of fighting grade 3 acne). Our Valerie is now healed of acne! It took three RA peels to kill the infection...........we are now using the dermawands that I purchased from Shelley Hancock to soften the poc marks that happened.....they are not deep and she is only 21 years old so we have full confidence her skin will be restored. It is already so healed from her starting point and we took pictures! I HIGHLY recommend the RA products!

Thank you so much Johanne for your reply. I really appreciate you took some time to respond.

You are so sweet Nataliya! I wanted to share this with you because it has been such a blessing in our life! This issue has been here for 6 long years......but when I was a teenager, my nickname from the teachers was 'the face'. So I was determined to make sure our daughter Valerie would never be called names like that.

My friend Sharon whom I met in skincare school is the one responsible to send me on this path. I ended up meeting Rhonda Allison's daughter, Shannon Esau, who works for her mother and owns her own skincare line 'Viva Derm'. She is a chemist and has taken the time to mentor us in the proper administration of chemical peels. We did not learn the right way in school. She also taught us how to rebuild the skin from the dermis on up. So for us, we ended up doing three specific peels for Valerie and she has since been rebuilding her dermis/skin with the Viva Derm products. I do the backbar treatments on her weekly........it is amazing.........this was a grade 3 acne case completely reversed!

I hope that this helps you make decisions.......you can do it!     Blessings!

What would u recommend to start off with, I am also really new with product knowledge n I have never done a peel. Something not too costly I am solo esty just starting. Thank you

I started using it 2 months ago and I LOVE it!!!! My clients LOVE it!! No regrets whatsoever!! Great investment.

Mind you that the packaging is small - I think the largest size is 4oz (which is the max allowed by airlines on your carry-on). Some can get very expensive, but people prefer to buy the smaller size and pay between $10-20 per product and try it and if they like it they will come for the larger size, rather than spending hundreds of dollars on large bottles, they don't like it and both of you lose. Go for it!

What did u start off with. Thank you

do you have a website?

I start by offering the service on my menu and when people start making appts, I begin purchasing the entire protocol for that specific treatment.

Since I offer monthly and seasonsal specials/treatments (visit my website for ideas at www.belladermisskincare.co) I began offering the 4-Layer Restoration Green Facial as a special during March (St Patrick's month is "green") and purchased the protocol for that specific treatment. Since some of the products can be used in other facials, I already have products to develop a protocol for any other treatment.  I am now offering the 12 Flower Facial and the Apple Flower Peel.  AND, I recently purchased 1, 2 or 3 of each (depending on product) for retail (the small sizes) and I find that people love purchasing small sizes so they can buy more variety of products for less money, try the products, love them and literally TEXT ME to tell me that they're coming back for more. So I already have another order in the making.

Start with a protocol you like (they have over 80 protocols) and just buy that and offer the treatment.  People will love you. They are amazing products!

I have been using Rhonda Allison for a few months and we're loving it.  The protocols keep the client as well as the Esthetician interested.  As a small business owner and Esty i love they're monthly specials and add slicks.

@ Wendy, 100% agreed!

I just noticed this post, so apologies for late reply.  There are some really good Rhonda Allison products, but there is a local store that carries Rhonda Allison products by marketing itself as a place where customers can buy professional products without having to go through 'expensive estheticians.'  As long as you do not have competition such as this, it is a great line.

@Susan -

There is a store that sells RA but doesn't do services?

Have you contacted Rhonda Allison regarding their sales policy?  Whevever I see someone selling products from one of my vendors who is not a licensed esthetician I contact the vendor immediately to complain.
