yeah, I read it but I don't agree 100% either. When you have the client from hell, you want to keep them in their own hell and not bring hell to you :-) After all, we are in business because we have an idea of what we want for ourselves - professionally, yes, AND personally. I fired a client because she wasn't being compliant with treatment, only coming back with seriously damaged skin because she was doing her own thing at home and lying about what she was doing. (I know she was lying because I caught her twice with certain items in her purse and I won't get into details about it). Those clients are dangerous. They may blame you for their own wrong-doing. I'm better off without her. Just the thought that I had to see her, caused me anxiety. No more :-)
