Thanks Laura!  That's what everyone I talked to say, it's her home care, nothing I'm doing wrong in the treatment.  Appreciate the feedback, and I have had that conversation at her last appointment that she needs to be consistant at home.  She changed from coming every 2 weeks to once a month now, so hopefully when I see her again, she will have listened.

What is the skin analyzer?  Haven't heard of that one!

Has anyone used the bio-peel? We dont have it on our backbar and im interested in adding it. I would love to know more about it from other users.

Do any of you use the machines in your treatments?  I use BT Nano and BT Micro.

I have not yet been to the IDI but trainers do come to my area a lot and do classes and I have been to every one of those.  I love Dermalogica too and love helping people achieve the results they're looking for.

Hi Trish!  Thanks for starting the group. I've been using Dermalogica products since late September 2010 when I started my current job and I love them. I've been to a good number of classes at IDI as well.
