Exciting news ya'll!! Starting on Monday June 15th "Shelley's Show & Tell" is going on the air. I will have a weekly radio show on Voice America. This is crazy exciting! I'll post more as it gets closer.

I learned something new about the Lipobelt last night...don't use it in the late evening! I did it at 8pm and was in the little girls room 5 times during the night. It will make you go a lot and that's cool during the day...but not at night!
