Electroporation Time Master 44 Replies

I received my Time Master Friday and just tested it on myself.  This is the strangest feeling thing ever!!  Not in a bad way, it really does feel like a magnet!!  I don't have much elasticity loss and my face is kind of boney so it was hard to see…Continue

LED Light....I Wouldn't Be Without It!! 41 Replies

My first experience with LED was way back in 2003. It's kind of a funny story and I think I'll make a video and put on my website! Revitalight was my first machine. I got some great results, but after a while I couldn't handle sitting there for as…Continue

Help! I scratched client with dermafile! 31 Replies

I tried the dermafile on a client, while she was steaming with a SS enyme masque yesterday, and she had a large, round scar on her lower cheek that she was concerned about. She wrote me today and said this: "scratched an area in a line under where…Continue

Just found out that I'm going to be interviewed over the phone today on HSN for the Radiancy equipment technology. If you're near a television at 10:10 or 5:10 California time..have a listen! Too much fun!

The only show I do is Face and Body in San Jose. I'm not crazy about working the Shows, I prefer more one on one connecting. Renee, give me a call, I'd love to chat! (650) 286-0311

I want to thank everyone that has joined my Group in the last couple of days. I truly appreciate it!

It's bright and early Saturday morning (8am) and I have 7 clients today! I love being busy. I'm partly this busy because I did Groupon on Janaury 20th. I did it mostly to prove that it can work if you work it right. It's totally taken my business to the next level. I have only used the Dermasweep mini so far. I'm sure that on March 20th we'll get the chance to play with the MD unit.

My favorite LED tool is a big one...the Luminox panel. Oh my, is it fabulous! My very first LED unit years ago was the Revitalight. I got some good results with that machine. Then I stepped up to units that did the LED and microcurrent simultaneously. Less time and less work on my body.

With microcurrent you have to go with your gut about a piece of equipment. That doesn't mean not to do your homework but there's many different types of microcurrent. some Esty's prefer the wands, some the gloves, others prefer the handpieces with prongs. Your body needs to feel comfortable doing whichever you chose. You definitely want to think about client results but always remember your body...you'll be doing this all day long and after many years, your body begins to talk to you! :)

Shelley
What are your thoughts on the dermasweep ms and the mini? Is the infusion component of the MD worth that much more??? Your thoughts?

Okay...I couldn't figure out what type of picture to post, so I decided on sharing my wild side. I truly am serious about this industry but we need to make sure we play also!

Dear Fellow Estheticians,

Let me introduce myself and this group. I started in this industry in 1988 and still love it as much today as I did way back then. You'll find that I'm not a technical Esty, so this is probably not the place to ask those kind of questions. I teach from my experiences...like what hasn't worked and what I've done that has been awesome. I'm more of an equipment junkie than a product person. I love me toys! I seem to have great energy around marketing and love to share ideas about that.

I feel like there's no reason why we can't all be successful in this industry, we just have to each find our strong area and work with it. I truly enjoy helping other Estheticians grow their businesses. I am here to help however I can! So, let's start chatting...

The Dermasweep is $4995, although we will be giving a discount at my Spring Expo on March 20th. If you're not in the area and can't make it...call me and I'll extend any discounts we are giving to those that can't make it!!
