LED Light....I Wouldn't Be Without It!! 41 Replies

My first experience with LED was way back in 2003. It's kind of a funny story and I think I'll make a video and put on my website! Revitalight was my first machine. I got some great results, but after a while I couldn't handle sitting there for as…Continue

Help! I scratched client with dermafile! 31 Replies

I tried the dermafile on a client, while she was steaming with a SS enyme masque yesterday, and she had a large, round scar on her lower cheek that she was concerned about. She wrote me today and said this: "scratched an area in a line under where…Continue

Shelley, I'm curious what your favorite skin care lines are? ;-)

I just bought a new toy! An Esty that found my website and called me told me that she had purchased this piece of equipmnet and was loving it. It took me a good three weeks after she told me about it to finally start checking into it. I did some poking around, watched a couple of videos on YouTube and became totally intriqued. I made a call to Isabel at their headquarters and we connected immediately. Two days later I was giving her my credit card info!!  She and one of the company's trainers are actually coming out from the East Coast to my next seminar on March 4th and 5th! This is soooo exciting. Okay, are you sitting on the edge of your seat wanting to know what this equipment is? Here ya go: http://www.shelleyhancock.com/smoothsculpt.html

Ginger....I don't really have a preference. If I find a piece of equipment that has multiple functions, it's effective, it's made well and it's affordable....I'd be interested in it. Everything I use is single module equipment though. They have one function but that one function helps many different skin conditions, so I'm getting more bang for my buck! Hope this helps!

Which do you prefer: Multi-function or single equipment modules?

I had so much fun with Lisa from Skin Scripts doing our seminars down in Southern California! I am planning on being with her in Chicago on April 29th. I am putting together Denver in May. Also, I will join her in Arizona at her facility in the next couple of months.

Please join me here at my Center on either March 4th or 5th for a full day of  "Shelley's Show & Tell". We will learn about and play with all of the equipment I use successfully in treatment. I will be using Skin Script during my demos to show you how I incorporate Lisa's fabulous products. Also, Louise Jefferson, the Esty that formulates my specialty products will be here to go in-depth about the ingredients and why we are getting such great results. The seminar is FREE and lunch will be served. I hope you can join us! Register on my website.

Ginger...you are right on it when you said more detailed. There is something called a wave form in microcurrent. The simple machines have a single wave form where as the advanced will have multiple. If you are wanting to do microcurrent as a treatment by itself, I suggest you invest in a unit with multiple wave forms. Unfortunately I'm going to have to pass on the trip this time that Lisa from Skin Scripts is making to Atlanta. Next time around though!

Anita...I have to say that I haven't given Neova the all American try. I opened them and felt them and smelled them and my first reaction wasn't WhooHoo...so, they went up on the shelf. Now that I'm back from doing the seminars in Southern California, I thought I'd bring them home and use them for a couple of weeks to make an educated opinion this time! I'll keep you posted!

Dear Shelley,

Have you used Neova yet, I have not invested in these products, but would love your output.

Thank you for responding to my question Shelley. I would greatly appreciate that! I was wondering why you call them more advanced, is it the out put, or the fact that you can do more detailed work? Also when are you coming to Atlanta, we would love to have you here.

Hi Ginger, thanks for your question. I have owned and used more adcanced expensive microcurrent equipment and got nice results but....this is just my personal thing and not all would agree with me. I am not a huge fan of microcurrent, so I use an inexpensive unit for just 5 to 6 minutes at the end of my treatments to give a little boost. My other equipment does such great work that I don't feel like I need to spend the time that a full microcurrent treatment takes. At the moment I don't even have any microcurrent units on my website because the two that I'm using you can purchase for really inexpensive other places and I don't want to raise the price because you're going through me. I'd be more than happy to let you know where you can get them!

Shelley,

I red about the microcurrent machines on your website. What is the difference between the machines on your site and a more advanced machine?
