I added comment under Cassandra's information about Oil of Oregano, and now received several questions about it, Cassandra typed up a lovely description about what this oil is for and how it is used. I use it for sinus infections, since that seems to be my biggest issue and it really works. See Cassandra's blog for information, or search under Oil of Oregano and you will find the information. Good luck.

Hey out there! I received a c all from a client I had done micro on, she says that now there are small cat-like scratches on her face. I have been doing microderm for a little over 3 years now and not had this happen to any of my clients... I know it can occur when too much pressure is applied or if the wrong type of tip is used and I can accept it if I somehow misjudged which tip to use but basically what I need help with is making her happy now and of course making sure her skin heals…

Hello everyone! I have been an esthetician in the los angeles area for about 2 years now. I have experience with brow shaping, makeup, waxing and medical grade peels and facials. I am interested in renting a station and being independant since Im fed up with the job market. I recently left a position at a med spa. I feel that the only available positions hardly want to pay for so much work. Is it just me that feels this way? Anyway I want to be on my own but dont know how to adveritise my…

I have been using this product called: Sapphire 3 weekly hydroxy peel pads. It comes in a jar of 60 pads used weekly containing: glycolic, lactic and salicylic acids. I have been getting them from a company called Raja Medical and they keep messing around with the order I placed back in June. I need to find another distributor for this product or something like it. Does anybody have any ideas? Mare with Skin Is In in Virginia.

Has anyone tried the Nufree finipil wax by Equibal? They say it isn't a wax and doesn't stick to the skin so there is no pain or redness. Sounds to good to be true! Is it applied hot or cold? Do you need muslin strips to remove or is it a hard wax.

Are there any Spa Owner's having difficulty with the "independence" of massage therapist's and keeping your business FIRST and foremost in sight!
If you pay commission, what is the highest you pay, and what requirements do you set forth to insure the functionality of the business comes first??
Any suggestions will be most appreciated!
Thanks a mil!!
