Acne Extractions Demo - Long Beach, Sept 2011

I have the honor of having been invited to speak and give a demo of acne extractions at the general session of the LNE show at Long Beach. It will be September 11, 2011; but I'm not sure of the time yet.

I'm very excited to share my knowledge and experience here. Being an acne clinic owner, I have done thousands of extractions and trained many employees how to do them all day long without hurting themselves or the client. Hope to see you there!

Waxing

I am a specialist in eyebrow shaping and pride myself in waxing. I live in the midwest and may not be as current on the waxing scene as I should be in terms of hard wax and brazilian. sub contractor employee(an Etsy)

Hello everyone!

I'm opening a clinic at the end of this month. Planning to have an extra room to sub contractor another esthetician. but not sure how does this work. I mean what to offer her..Percentage or hourly rate?

Any ideas on this situation? thanks!

Does any one can tell me where to get a template of a contract to hire an esthetician to work with me? and any adviced on this matter?
