With so many skin care regiments available, it is difficult to know which one you should do, which treatment you should do often and which you should do maybe seasonally or yearly. First, your aesthetician should be able to write out your “prescription” for the next 6-12 months to make sure that you have beautiful young fresh looking skin. Part of your regiment should be peeling to rejuvenate your skin.
It is just like peeling a vegetable to take off the…

Hey you deserve it!
Today there is so much conversation about the rise in narcissism in today’s society, it is even being referred to as the narcissism epidemic. The internet, mainly social networks, infatuation with celebrity media, easy money, and the shakeup of values and morals in the household could be to blame.
Whoa there, this is not what I want to talk…

Hello everyone. I am new to this site. I am wanting to learn more about skincare. I have studied beauty therapy years ago but now want to go more into make-up artistry as I love the creative side of make-up.
I also love learning about skincare and how to make people feel better about themselves and increase their self-esteem.

Looking for some assistance in choosing a good skincare line for body wraps and body scrubs. We are getting ready to add an Infrared Sauna with a shower area which now lends itself great to adding body wraps and scrubs. I was looking at Eminence but they want a $4k opening order which is a lot considering we carry 3 other skincare lines, so I am now hoping to find another company offering a similar good line. Any ideas and thank you.

Hey Ladies! Quick question, I had a new client come in the other day and upgraded from a "coupon" (run through the sap) to a microcurrent. She says she left her other esthetician because she started to cut corners and would like to find another. She also said she loves microcurrent but can only afford $50/mo. And she would come in religiously every month if I could give it to her at that price. I just started doing MC and havent even added it to my services yet, so I don't have a set…

One of my clients goes to an accupuncturist who does microcurrent facials using a microcurrent machine that uses Q-tips to deliver product and current. The accupuncturist told her that using metal wands to deliver current is too harsh on the skin because the metal gives off ions. It has always been my understanding that the Qtips were used for ease of sanitation. Is anyone aware of the concerns stated by the accupuncturist?
